Applications for exhibiting at the Governor’s Conference on LGBTQ Youth will be released later this year, so check back for updates!

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 15th Annual Iowa Governor’s Conference on LGBTQ Youth!  The Conference is expected to see over 2,000 students, educators, faith leaders, parents, and others who care about the safety and well-being of LGBTQ youth. Please read all Exhibitor information carefully before submitting an application.

Exhibitors are given:

  • One 8 foot table, skirt and table cloth
  • One chair
  • One complimentary registration***
  • Access to WiFi available upon request

Early Bird Exhibitor Application Fee (Through February 10, 2020): $300
Early Bird Exhibitor Application Fee (Through February 10, 2020) (non-profits): $250

Exhibitor Application Fee (Beginning February 11, 2020): $350
Exhibitor Application Fee (Beginning February 11, 2020) (non-profits): $300

Exhibitors are permitted to sell items including curriculum, books, and other educational materials.  Applications may be denied based upon availability of space and/or appropriateness of this Conference. ***Please Note!***

Exhibitors are given one (1) complimentary registration with the purchase of an exhibitor booth, which includes one (1) lunch. If you have more than one person staffing your booth, or have different individuals staffing in shifts, it is required that your group purchase additional adult registrations for each staffer.

Once your application is submitted and approved, your exhibitor booth is considered attending and any balance remaining must be paid in full. No refunds or cancellations will be offered.
