Roddy Flynn is the Executive Director of the Congressional LGBT Equality Caucus, a bipartisan caucus of 105 members of Congress dedicated to advancing legal and societal equality for LGBT people. During his tenure as Executive Director, Roddy has overseen the development and roll out of numerous pieces of legislation and programs including the Equality Act, task forces on Transgender Equality and LGBT Aging Issues, and the historic congressional forum on violence against transgender women of color. Roddy is also the Executive Director of Equality PAC, which works to elect openly LGBT candidates and strong allies to federal office. Prior to joining the LGBT Caucus, Roddy was a litigation associate at the law firm of Richards, Layton & Finger and clerked for the Honorable Justice Henry duPont Ridgely of the Delaware Supreme Court. He is a graduate of Washington & Lee University School of Law and American University.
